• details of the job, such as the rooms and flooring you're interested in

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract. Where we keep records of completed work, we do so for our legitimate business interests and to meet our legal obligations.

We won't send you marketing unless you've asked us to, and we won't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email. Our website and email are hosted by service providers who handle information on our behalf and only as we instruct. We only share your information with anyone else where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you become a customer, we keep job and financial records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.
